Goodwill Industries of Silicon Valley continues to experience escalating fuel costs.
This additional cost burden is now starting to impact our ability to accomplish our
Mission of assisting individuals with various barriers to employment within the many communities we serve.
As a result, we must begin assessing a minimal fuel surcharge of $10 for GoodEx pickup service beginning July 1, 2008.
We do hope that our donors will put this small fee in the context of the fuel savings we represent by providing "door-to-door" pickup service for their resalable donated goods.
Note: All items to be picked up should be in good working condition, & without any rips, stains, or in need of repair
